Curt Holderfield


Curt Holderfield is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of experience in social services with emphasis in the areas of child welfare, mental health, youth development and early childhood education as well as extensive work in management and supervision. Curt has worked for a number of non-profit organizations including Lutheran Social Services, Uhlich Children’s Advantage Network, Jane Addams Hull House Association, and Chicago Child Care Society (now Family Focus). Curt is currently employed at Ada S. McKinley Community Services as their Sr. Vice President of Child Development and Youth Services. 

For the past 10 years, Curt has been teaching at the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy and Practice at the University of Chicago where he instructs graduate students on matters related to management, supervision and leadership.
