Curt Holderfield is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in social services, with an emphasis on child welfare, foster care, youth development, and early childhood education, as well as extensive experience in management and leadership. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Child Development and Youth Services at Ada S. McKinley Community Services, Inc. In this role, he oversees Head Start and Early Head Start services, foster care and family support services, and college readiness services. In total, these programs reach over 3,000 children and youth annually.

For the past 10-plus years, Curt has been teaching part-time at the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy and Practice at the University of Chicago, where he instructs graduate students and other professionals on management and supervision in social service organizations. He received his Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
